These terms cover this website, the MMGVision applications and the coaching that goes with them. They are written in plain language so you know what to expect from us, and what we ask of you.

Using this website

You are welcome to browse this website and use it to learn about MMGVision. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What we do

MMGVision gives coaches, consultants, solopreneurs and small business owners practical AI applications alongside coaching and guidance. We agree the scope of any work with you in writing before it starts, and that agreed scope takes precedence over anything described on this website.

Accounts and access

Some parts of our applications require an account. You are responsible for the information on your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.

If you let someone else use your account, you are responsible for what they do with it. Tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

Content you bring

You keep ownership of the content, materials and data you give us or upload. You give us permission to use that content only as far as we need to deliver what you have asked for, and to keep records we are required to keep.

Please make sure you have the right to use anything you upload. Do not send us content that belongs to someone else without their permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website or our applications to break the law, to harass or deceive anyone, to attempt to gain access to systems or accounts that are not yours, or to interfere with the normal running of the service.

We may suspend access where we have reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these terms is taking place.

AI output is a starting point

The applications on this site generate suggestions, drafts and analysis using AI. That output can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not professional legal, financial, tax or medical advice.

Please review and edit anything generated before you rely on it, publish it or send it to a client. You are responsible for the material you publish under your own name.

Third-party tools

We may connect your work to platforms and tools run by other companies, such as scheduling, messaging and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and their availability is outside our control.

Intellectual property

The MMGVision name, this website and the materials we create for general use remain ours. Our applications, templates and methods may not be copied, resold or shared publicly without our written permission.

Anything we build specifically for your business is agreed in your scope of work.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. Results from using AI tools depend on your inputs, your market and your own follow-through, so no specific outcome is guaranteed.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or of the tools we recommend.
